• To help our clients assess the feasibility and risk of implementing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Design VDI infrastructure and conduct Proof of Concept (POC).
• Manage VDI deployment projects.
• Provide highly skilled and certified engineers for VDI implementation.

Benefits and Values

• Provide a secure solution for certain Business Continuity Planning (BCP) scenarios, for example in an epidemic scenario where a good proportion of staff has to work from home.
• Quick provisioning – VDI will allow very quick recovery of service if a virtual desktop for any reason fails.
• VDI implies no data on local desktops – by forcing users to use enterprise file shares and therefore eliminating data-write on local drives will improve control of data access and facilitate data backup. Such a model will also improve the performance of roaming profile, or even make its use possible.
• VDI will allow effective remote support and trouble-shooting of user problems.
• A very high level of de-duplication of data can usually be achieved in a well-designed VDI.

Scope of Service

• Assess: Feasibility study, evaluation of various solutions that best fit a particular user environment, risk and impact analysis, defining and classifying SLA.
• Design: Design, conduct POC of, and size VDI infrastructure.
• Plan: Detailed project plan and documentation.
• Implementation and Management: Deploy VD’s according to various SLA’s; provide overall project management.
• Monitoring: Monitoring and reporting of network traffic, disk I/O, and VD resource utilization.  Define and manage schedule of data backup of VD.  Capacity planning.
• Support and Maintenance: 7 x 24 on-site and remote support, system upgrade, periodic performance optimization.
