(CES), and Ringo Hung, CEO of IT Channel, signed a Joint Venture agreement to market the next generation Retail Management Solutions developed by CES for the fast growing distribution and retail industry in China including HK and Macau. Under the agreement, IT Channel will provide a total retail management solution including the backend infrastructure and the business solution integration services together with the intelligent retail management products from CES.
